Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

While we strive for accuracy, Scent 4Soul reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

While many orders are shipped within a few business days, please allow up to 11 business days for your order to be processed and delivered during busy periods or when stock is being prepared.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking information where available.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

We take great care in packaging every order.

If your fragrance arrives damaged or if the sprayer is faulty or stops working, please contact us as soon as possible.

We are happy to replace the bottle if the sprayer is found to be defective.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask you to provide:

• Your order number.
• Photos or a short video showing the faulty sprayer.
• Photos of the bottle if applicable.

Replacement requests must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged through normal wear or misuse.

Refunds or replacements are offered only for:

• Products damaged during delivery.
• Faulty sprayers.
• Incorrect items sent by Scent 4Soul.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information and discontinuing use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
